Michael studied at Toi Whakaari: New Zealand Drama School, and has enjoyed a variety of lead and support roles in Theatre, Film, Television, and Musicals since graduating in 2005. Theatre credits include the role of Romeo in Romeo and Juliet,  Troy Bolton in Highschool The Musical, Commander James Lovell  in Apollo 13: Mission Control at Sydney’s Opera House and most recently the play Skin Tight at 45Downstairs in Melbourne. His recent screen credits include the feature films Matariki, (premiered in the Toronto Film Festival) and Out of the Blue, a recurring guest role in the US series Legend of the Seeker, and the children’s TV Series Paradise Cafe set and filmed in the Pacific Islands. Michael voice has a youthful tone with both down-to-earth and upbeat qualities and is able to adapt quickly to different styles, scripts and directions to suit any project.
